Service agreements are signed by all NDIS funded service users. A service agreement is a written contract between Tiny Tackers Therapy and yourself outlining how we will work together. It includes what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you. Some of the areas covered in our service agreements include;

• The rights and responsibilities of us and yourself
• The expectations of how we will behave and treat each other
• How we will collect, keep and share your personal information
• Payment details
• Cancelling appointments
• How you can provide feedback, compliments and/or complaints.
